3. When will I receive my order?

Spain-Peninsula

Home delivery: Delivery will be made by express courier company CORREOS EXPRESS. Home delivery will take 24 to 48 hours (business days) depending on the destination city.

Delivery to Correos Express Office: Delivery time will be 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday, at the time established by the delivery point you previously selected in your order.

Balearic Islands

Home delivery: Delivery will be made by express courier company CORREOS EXPRESS. Delivery will take 48 hours.

5. What payment methods do we accept?

For sales to individuals through the web platform www.arquivet.com, we accept the following payment methods:

6. How can I apply a coupon?

Only one coupon can be used per order. If you have multiple coupons, you'll need to choose one of them.

Remember that coupons have certain conditions attached to them, and you must meet them to use them. For example, a minimum purchase price.

The coupon can be applied on the /order page, in the "Do you have a discount code?" field.

7. How can I place an order with Arquivet?

First, add all the products you want to purchase to your cart. Then, click the "Checkout" button.

Once you've clicked the button, it's very important to fill out the information requested so we can correctly register your username and order. On the same page, you can select the shipping and payment methods, and apply a coupon if one is available. You can also add a comment to your order if you wish.

Once you've reviewed all the information, click the "Buy Now" button to proceed with payment.
