¿Qué pasa si no estoy en casa cuando me llegue el pedido?

Don't worry, there's always a second delivery attempt. You'll also receive an email notification a few days before your products are shipped, letting you know the expected delivery date.

How do I add or remove products from my Recurring Purchase?

Access your Arquivet customer account and go to the "Subscriptions" tab to add or remove products. If you have more than one subscription, you'll need to select it first... it's very easy.

I can't modify my Recurring Purchase. What should I do?

Si ves que no puedes modificar tu pedido significa que lo estamos preparando. Dentro de ese intervalo de tiempo no podrás hacer cambios hasta recibir el pedido. How do I delete my Recurring Purchase or Subscription?

By accessing your Arquivet customer account, you can modify, pause, or cancel your recurring purchase in the "Subscriptions" tab. We will not delete your data in case you wish to reactivate it in the future.
