Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy. This cancellation policy sets out how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

 
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the length of your subscription and the frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you don't wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order. From there, you can manage your subscription.

Pre-order
When you purchase a pre-order, you're purchasing a product that's out of stock or will soon be available, but not yet in stock. We may charge no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then make and collect the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our return policy for more information on returns and refunds.

 
Try before you buy
When you purchase a "try before you buy" item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling your order. You'll have a specified period of time to decide if you want to keep the item. After this period, if you haven't returned the item, we'll charge your payment method for the full amount.
