Payment methods

Customers can pay for their order in any of the following ways. They must indicate their choice during the checkout process:

VISA or MASTERCARD credit card.

All transactions involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All information you transmit to us travels encrypted over the network.

Likewise, your credit card details are entered directly on the bank's website, in the bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal) and are not entered or recorded on any ARQUIVET SLU server.

When paying with VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following information: card number, expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering further guarantees regarding the security of the transaction.

This payment method is only valid on the website.

When the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using a payment card number, the cardholder may request immediate cancellation of the charge. In such cases, the corresponding debit and credit entries will be made as soon as possible to the accounts of the supplier and the cardholder.

However, if the purchase was actually made by the cardholder and the refund request was not a result of having exercised the right of withdrawal or rescission and, therefore, had improperly requested the cancellation of the corresponding charge, the cardholder will be obliged to compensate ARQUIVET SLU for any damages caused as a result of said cancellation.

Bank transfer or bank draft (exclusively for retail partner customers)

Al seleccionar la transferencia bancaria recibirá, junto con la confirmación de su pedido, un correo electrónico con los datos bancarios de ARQUIVET SLU.

Es muy importante que al realizar la transferencia indique en el asunto el número de pedido, así como su nombre y apellidos, y que realice la transferencia dentro de los 3 días siguientes a la fecha de confirmación del pedido para poder validarla.

Si lo deseas, puedes enviarnos el comprobante de la transferencia por correo electrónico a info@arquivet.com. Pero en cualquier caso, el pedido no se considerará efectivo hasta que nuestro departamento de administración haya recibido la confirmación de la transferencia bancaria.

Le recordamos que el pago debe realizarse en EUROS y que todos los posibles gastos de cambio y bancarios corren a su cargo.

En el caso de las transferencias bancarias realizadas desde fuera de España, es muy importante que al ordenar la transferencia, comunique siempre a su banco que se haga cargo de las comisiones en origen, de aquellas comisiones bancarias y de los gastos correspondientes a su banco. En caso contrario, ARQUIVET SLU podría paralizar el envío de su pedido si no recibimos la totalidad del importe.

The availability of products offered by ARQUIVET SLU may vary depending on customer demand. Although ARQUIVET SLU updates its stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time. In the event of non-fulfillment due to unavailability, ARQUIVET SLU will notify the customer by email as soon as it becomes aware of the situation. This notification period will not exceed a maximum of 30 days under any circumstances. ARQUIVET SLU may offer two options: supply the customer, at no additional cost, with a product of similar characteristics or higher quality, or, unless ARQUIVET SLU provides justified and demonstrable reasons, refund the amounts paid for the canceled order within the same period.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer has a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, starting from the day the customer receives the product, without penalty and without needing to state a reason.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be notified by phone at 938402066, by email to info@arquivet.com, by sending your letter to our postal address FRANÇA, 13 P.I. PLA DE LLERONA 08520, FRANQUESES DEL VALLES, LES (BARCELONA), or by using the withdrawal form.

Return

The customer must return or deliver the product directly to ARQUIVET SLU, at FRANÇA, 13 P.I. PLA DE LLERONA 08520, FRANQUESES DEL VALLES, LES (BARCELONA), without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the right to withdraw from the contract is formalized. The deadline will be considered met if the customer returns the product before the end of the deadline.

The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.

Payment refund

Refunds of amounts received by the customer will be made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise provided.

ARQUIVET SL may withhold the refund until it has received the product, which is the reason for withdrawal, or until the customer provides proof of return, whichever condition is met first.

Return of defective product

If the product is not in good condition and the reasons are attributable to the customer, not due to the customer's fault, the customer has the right to return the product, informing ARQUIVET SLU of the reason for the return through any of the means provided in these terms and conditions, and at no cost to the customer. This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.

ARQUIVET SLU undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.

Jurisdiction

ARQUIVET SLU also reserves the right to file any civil or criminal action it deems appropriate for improper use of its website and content or for failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spain. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or resort to ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence.
